My name is Lasairfhiona, but this has been shortened to "Lasy" - except for my Mum when she was angry. I am the Finance Manager, so I get to say "no" a lot. I am also a Person Centred Therapist, so I hope I say "no" in the nicest possible way. I enjoy the strategic part of the job - looking at the potential for growth, prioritising the budget spend so that it is invested in both the employees and the long term future of the company. I am stimulated by working with Will and Tom because they are not just interested in profits, they care about how it feels to be part of their company on a day-today basis.
